Overview

Daily Outfit Oracle helps users generate a daily outfit idea, lucky colors, and activity suggestions from details such as date, birthday, mood, weather location, and wardrobe items. We design the app to keep personal styling information limited and practical.

Information You Provide

The app may ask for or store information you enter, including birthday, selected date, mood, language preference, weather or activity location, wardrobe item names, clothing categories, colors, tags, and outfit board selections.

If you use the closet feature, you may choose photos from your photo library or take new photos to create wardrobe items. These wardrobe photos and tags are used to help build outfit recommendations.

Location, Weather, And Places

You can type a city, neighborhood, address, or ZIP code. If you choose to use current location, the app will request location permission from iOS. Location is used to calculate distance, fetch weather, and suggest nearby places.

Weather and location lookup may require sending a location query or coordinates to Apple location, geocoding, mapping, and Weather services. Apple may process these requests under its own privacy practices.

When Apple Weather is unavailable, the app may send approximate coordinates to Open-Meteo solely to retrieve the forecast requested by the user. We do not use this information for advertising or tracking.

How We Use Information

We use app information to:

• Generate daily outfit, lucky color, and fortune-style results.
• Recommend nearby activities and estimate distance.
• Save wardrobe items, outfit boards, plans, feedback, and style preferences on your device.
• Improve reliability when users contact us with support details.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not show third-party behavioral advertisements in the app.
• We do not provide a public social feed, messaging, or chat feature.

Affiliate Products, Awin, And Commission

Some recommended products are supplied by affiliate partners. These items are clearly identified in the app. If you follow an affiliate link and buy an eligible product, TAFA Studios may receive a commission from the merchant at no additional cost to you. Daily Outfit Oracle is a styling tool and does not sell, process payment for, ship, or provide returns for these physical goods. The merchant is responsible for the product page, price, availability, order, delivery, and returns.

We currently use Awin to route affiliate links to participating merchants, including Otra Eyewear. When affiliate attribution is enabled, Awin and the merchant may process a click identifier, the referring publisher and advertiser, destination page, consent status, IP address, browser or device information, and limited transaction information such as order value and product type. They use this data to attribute a purchase, prevent fraud, prepare campaign reports, and calculate commission. See the Awin Privacy Policy and Otra Eyewear Privacy Policy.

Affiliate Attribution Choice And Withdrawal

Affiliate purchase attribution is optional. On iOS, we request your permission before enabling it. If you decline or turn it off, product pages still open, but the link is sent with attribution disabled and an eligible purchase will generally not be credited to TAFA Studios. You can change the in-app “Affiliate purchase attribution” setting and can also withdraw iOS tracking permission in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Withdrawal applies to future clicks and does not erase data already processed by Awin or a merchant; contact the relevant company to exercise rights over data it controls.

Affiliate Data Retention

TAFA Studios may receive aggregated campaign reports and commission or transaction records from Awin. We retain those records only as long as reasonably necessary for reporting, dispute resolution, accounting, tax, and legal obligations. Awin and each merchant retain data under their own policies and legal requirements; their retention periods may differ from ours.

Subscriptions And Purchases

Membership purchases, renewals, cancellations, and restoration are handled by Apple through StoreKit and your Apple Account. We do not receive or store your payment card details. The app uses Apple’s transaction entitlement to unlock the membership features you have purchased and provides a Restore Purchases option.

Storage And Deletion

Wardrobe items, app preferences, and outfit boards may be stored on your device. You can remove supported wardrobe items and saved content in the app. Deleting the app removes its local data from that device.

Saved looks, travel capsules, style preferences, and board archives are stored locally with the app. You can delete individual wardrobe items, memories, and boards from their corresponding screens. For help with a deletion request, contact us at the address below.

Third-Party Content And Links

The app may open external pages for products, affiliate routing, weather attribution, maps, privacy, or support. When you open an external site, that site is responsible for its own content and privacy practices.

Children

Daily Outfit Oracle is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can help.
